Do I Need a Driver’s License to Rent a Scooter?
Yes. A valid driver’s license is required to rent a scooter. This ensures that you are familiar with the basic rules of driving and can handle the scooter safely.
How Old Do I Have to Be to Rent a Scooter?
You must be 18 years or older to rent a scooter.
What to Bring When I Pick Up My Rental
Please bring the following:
– Your driver’s license
– An ID card (kept as a deposit)
– Cash for your rental payment.
Do I Need to Wear a Helmet?
Yes. Wearing a helmet is mandatory by law in Morocco, and it’s included with your rental.
Are the Helmets Included?
Absolutely. Helmets are provided free of charge. Your safety is our priority.
Do You Require a Deposit to Rent a Scooter?
We do not require a cash deposit. We simply keep your ID card during the rental period and return it once the scooter is returned in good condition.
What Does the Scooter Rental Price Include?
Our rental price includes:
– A full 24-hour rental period (not just “until the end of the day”)
– Helmets for you and your passenger
– Basic assistance if you experience any issues on the road
Can I Pay Online Instead of Cash?
Yes, that’s possible. If you prefer to pay online, we accept Wise, Revolut, PayPal, or a bank transfer. This is a convenient option if you don’t have enough cash with you.
How Does the Fuel Policy Work?
We provide the scooter with a certain level of fuel. Just return it with the same amount or more.
Is It Easy to Ride a Scooter?
Yes. Our scooters are automatic 50cc models, which are very easy to operate even for beginners. They are powerful enough to handle the roads and hills in Tamraght and the surrounding areas.
Are Two People Allowed on One Scooter?
Yes. Our scooters are designed for two people and can comfortably carry both the driver and a passenger.
Can I Bring My Surfboard With Me On the Scooter?
Yes! For just 20 MAD per day, we can install a surf rack so you can carry one or two surfboards safely to the beach.
